Registration Process
We welcome you to be part of the ECS community. Enroll now your children in ECS through our online registration platform.
Once you have completed the online registration, you will be informed of the entrance test schedule by our admission. Entrance tests can be on campus or online.

School Fees 2026-2027
A non-transferable and non-refundable fee of Rp500,000 per student is immediately due upon submission of a student’s application to ECS.
- Enrollment Guarantee Fee
A mandatory annual, non-transferable and non-refundable fee. The annual Enrollment
Guarantee Fee is a portion of the School Fee paid in advance to confirm acceptance of
an offered place; or, for continuing students, to reserve a place for the next academic
year, until school fees are due.

- Tuition Fee
A mandatory monthly fee representing the cost of delivering instruction to enrolled students. - Attire Fee
A mandatory one-time school attire fee consisting of 5 uniforms and 1 jacket. Additional fees apply for sizes XXL and above. - Activity Fee
A mandatory semester fee representing various activities hosted by the school throughout the academic year. - Dormitory Fee (optional)
An optional monthly dormitory fee for students who choose to live in the school’s dormitory. - Graduation Fee (Grade 12 only)
A mandatory one-time graduation fee representing the cost of graduation ceremony, annual yearbook, and farewell trip.
Additional fees will be charged for elective or discretionary student activities including sporting and cultural trips, trips associated with individual courses, exam fees, and other activities. Invoices will be sent separately to parents.
