Senior High School

Students of ECS – Ekumene Christian School graduate with the confidence that God has equipped them with the faith, character, and competence needed to succeed in whatever calling they choose to pursue.

Through a challenging and personalized academic program grounded in Christian values, each student is nurtured not only as a capable learner but also as a person of integrity, compassion, and responsibility. At Ekumene Christian School, academic excellence goes hand in hand with Christ-centered character formation.

We believe that every student is uniquely created with God-given talents and purpose. It is our responsibility to guide them in discovering their path, developing their full potential, and preparing them to make a meaningful impact in the world.

At ECS, there is a God-ordained path for every student — and we are committed to walking alongside them as they find it.

Our Curriculum

ECS offers a comprehensive Senior High School program (Grades 10–12) grounded in Kurikulum Merdeka, Indonesia’s latest national curriculum. Built upon our distinctive values and educational framework, the program is intentionally designed to prepare students for success in college, university, and beyond.

At ECS, learning goes beyond theory. We place strong emphasis on authentic practice, real-world application, and purposeful experience. Students engage in project-based learning, research, presentations, internships, creative productions, and collaborative problem-solving—equipping them not only with knowledge, but with the skills and character required for higher education and meaningful contribution to society.

We believe education should shape the whole person. Alongside academic rigor, ECS nurtures character formation, leadership, creativity, critical thinking, communication skills, and service.

Through interdisciplinary learning, mentorship, and reflective practice, students discover their strengths, clarify their calling, and build a portfolio of work that demonstrates readiness for university life.

At ECS, Senior High is not merely preparation for exams—it is preparation for life’s possibilities.

Community of Care

We are deeply committed to ensuring that every student receives the support and care they need to thrive. This commitment extends beyond academic instruction to include the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of each learner. As a school community, we embrace this shared responsibility through a strong and intentional Community of Care.

We strive to nurture in our students a positive outlook on life while guiding them to become balanced, responsible, and successful individuals. Through intentional mentorship and holistic education, students develop the ability to think critically and logically, equipping them to evaluate information wisely and make sound decisions for their future.
